6-Step After-Sales Process

1

Report the issue

Describe the fault, operating symptoms and error codes. Provide photos or video of the nameplate, exterior, wiring and site conditions.

2

Technical review

Our technical team reviews the information and provides troubleshooting guidance and relevant documentation.

3

Return decision

If the product cannot continue to operate, we move the case into the return-review process.

4

Submit case documents

After all required records are received and approved, we provide the designated return address.

5

Return the product

The customer packs the product securely and sends it to the provided receiving address.

6

Receiving inspection

A verified original manufacturing defect is handled by replacement or refund. Human damage, disassembly or burn damage is returned without compensation, with round-trip freight paid by the customer.

Warranty coverage

Coverage applies to eligible new and genuine products with non-human-caused product quality defects. The warranty period is 12 months from delivery.

Service limits and exclusions

Coverage does not include on-site visits, on-site commissioning, labor charges or round-trip freight. Exclusions include incorrect wiring, overload, corrosive site conditions, unauthorized disassembly, normal wear, human-caused damage, burn damage and discontinued or obsolete spare parts without warranty eligibility.
